Pastor Scott Jenkins is the founding & lead pastor of Thrive Worship Center. Before Thrive, he served as the Youth & Executive Pastor at two churches in North Carolina. His heart is to carry out the vision of Thrive and be sensitive to where the Holy Spirit is leading. He attended Life East Bible College and is a huge Florida State Fan. He enjoys spending time with his family; and playing golf & disc golf.

Crist Overfield has been attending Thrive since it started in March of 2011. He volunteered countless hours and served on council before officially joining the staff in March of 2015. Before Thrive, he served as an airplane mechanic and attended Vincennes University in Indiana. He enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa, their kids, and grandkids; & Fishing.

Shea Hood has been on staff at Thrive since Fall of 2021. She and her husband, Sean, have two daughters, Emmylou and Harper. She has served in various children and youth ministry capacities throughout the years and is passionate about "reaching a generation before they need to be rescued" (Gregg Johnson). Some things that Shea loves = their dog Rocky, hot pink, and anything Disney!

Carlyn has been apart of Thrive since May 2024, and on staff since Summer of 2026. She is married to her college sweetheart, Chris, and has a sweet pup, Clover. She has served in various ministry roles throughout her time at Thrive, but is passionate about the ministry that is administration; creating an ease for all ministry to flow together smoothly all while giving God the glory at the same time. When Carlyn's not at church, you can catch her at the pickleball court or reading a good book!
